Rio Vista is a wonderful waterfront community located off Center Street in Jupiter. The community features a mixture of single family homes and a small condominium complex. This is a boating community for the most part and homes are situated on small sections of the intracoastal which have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean within a short 10 minute cruise. Almost all of the waterfront homes have their own individual docks located in the backyards of each single family home. Rio Vista is spread out over a few main streets directly of Center Street these include Marlin Drive and Dolphin Street. Homes range in price from the very high end point lots and work their way towards a very affordable level for more budget oriented buyers.
This community is very family orientated with many of the homes occupied by long standing residents with large extended families. Schools in the area are generally "A" rated and shopping in either Jupiter or Tequesta is abundant. They say location is everything in searching for Real Estate and Rio Vista is a perfect example. If you are looking to have your boat directly behind your home and zip out to the ocean in a moments notice, then this is paradise and a great value.
