Indian Wells is located on Jog road between Wooldbright road and Boynton Beach Blvd and is made up of mostly 3 bedroom single family homes that where build in the late 1980's. There is a mix of ranch style as well as two story homes. Homes here are currently selling $300's and $400's. HOA fees are $150 payable per quarter.
