BOCA GROVE PLANTATION
For

SAINT ANDREWS COUNTRY CLUB
St. Andrews Country Club came into existence in
1982. Her stellar reputation for sporting 2 Arnold Palmer golf
courses, competitive tennis, fine dining, exclusive spa and pool and
great children’s programs have made this community a legend in Boca
Raton. St. Andrews is known for its top pros and wonderful competitive
programs.
At St Andrews Country Club you will enjoy a full social calendar of
events ranging from formal affairs, holiday parties, social/charity
gatherings even children’s teas all top of the line services. You
will find excellent dining always…morning, noon and night at St.
Andrews Country Club.
In the afternoon and many evenings you will always
find a card game. Any games imaginable from beginners to tournament
level games. Fine instruction is always available.
St. Andrews Country Club has voted that each member is required to
have a Golf Membership. The purchase of the membership is $125,000.
The refundable equity of which is $30,000 when you sell your home. The
non- refundable application fee is $400. The yearly membership dues
are $16,700. This includes children living at home that are under 25
or if they are full time students until 30 years of age. A full menu
of charges are available upon request.
St. Andrews Country Club has a current capital assessment of $185 per
month, which will continue over a 12 year period. This is shared
responsibility is the amount each home owner will be assessed. This
money is for the renovation/construction of the new Fitness/Tennis/Spa
facility, pool area and the Lakeside Grille. In addition there is a
$35 per month assessment delegated to the Property Owners Assn. for
the new entrance to St. Andrews Country Club, this will be for
approximately two years.
When you hear the name St. Andrews you can expect
