"A couple of years ago we started to look for a house in the Boca Raton area. We live in Europe, but enjoy Florida's lifestyle and plan to spend between five and seven months each year in the sun. We began our search long distance on the internet and were referred by friends to Boca Executive Realty (www.bocaexecutiverealty.com). In every aspect of this process, Richard was there to provide guidance and advice. Whatever question we asked (and there were many), Richard replied diligently and promptly, often spicing it up with a great sense of humor. He kept us in the loop when new homes would come on the market and new issues were impacting the community (like the recent golf course renovation project). He guided us through the process, negotiated a fair price, and gave us references for architects, inspectors and insurance coverage. He always conducted himself in a professional manner and was willing to meet to discuss issues on evenings and weekends. His calm demeanor and confidence under pressure was very reassuring to us during the transaction. Over time, he has become a good friend who we hope to see often in the community. Richard never pushed us nor guided us in the direction of a house which Boca Executive was offering on an exclusive basis. He was genuinely interested that we would find a home that would answer to our needs and wishes. Our experience with Boca Executive Realty and Richard Buch, in particular, has been nothing short of superb. It has been our pleasure to work with him and his firm and we can recommend him without qualification to anyone seeking a superior home buying experience.
