My name is Mike Ishikawa, CEO of a 3G/4G wireless mobile engineering solution firm. I wish to share my experience working with a super realtor I met, Randy Gould at Boca Executive. I was in search for a condo in the downtown Miami area since we had recently established a new company here in Miami, FL. Not knowing where to start, I decided to contact Boca Executive and was introduced to Randy. Within minutes, I fell in love with the unit and requested Randy to make an offer to the agent/owner, asking for a better price. Immediately he got on the phone talking strategically, pushing the agent to accept the offer since we were asking for an ASAP move-in deal. We gave the owner to consider for a day, and amazingly the owner returns to us with an acceptance including a lower rent. Next day I had the lease signed, approved, and the keys to the property in my hands just 4 days after initial contact. Amazing and incredible. Personally I think something like this does not come from luck, it is a matter of who you work with. What happened was nothing special. In fact, this is how things should be done. Fast, precise, aggressive, and willing to go that extra mile for the client. Should I have another opportunity to consider a different property in the future, I will definitely ask Randy for consultation without a doubt. No wasted time, getting to the point, and most of all, you get what you desire. I would really like to thank Randy for the excellent work he had done.
