John & Shirley Cogley realtor

Shirley and John were born in England and later immigrated to South Africa.

Shirley started her Real Estate career in the city of Johannesburg in 1980. Using her flair for Interior Design Shirley has staged and sold homes successfully in every type of economic climate. Shirley has won many awards throughout her years as a Realtor both in R.S.A. and U.S.A. Shirley's motto has always been "get the job done while having fun". John’s career in South Africa from the early 70’s was in the sales and marketing of capital equipment and projects for the South African market and from the 80’s similar export sales to many countries. In the late 80’s John formed a joint venture with a major South African company for the export of goods and materials. As Managing Director, John initiated and completed multimillion dollar sales to Turkey, Taiwan, Spain, Philippines, Finland, S Korea and Japan.

Arriving in the USA, and after considerable thought, John and Shirley embarked on a partnership in real estate. Shirley’s established experience and John’s ability to negotiate and formulate contracts at all levels has proven a successful combination.
