"My husband and I purchased a home in Palm Beach Gardens in July through Dreedy Duke, a realtor from your Juno Beach office. The purchase of this home was our first experience with this realtor or with your office. How fortunate we were to find both of you. Any questions we raised about a property we viewed were quickly and thoroughly answered by Dreedy. She was quick to do the necessary research and find the answers for us.
We have all heard of situations where a realtor starts to work "for the seller" as soon as you decide to bid on a property. Nothing could be further from the truth when dealing with Dreedy. Her interest was solely in helping us find a property with which we could be happy. Never did she try to talk us into taking any action unless we were completely comfortable in doing so; there was never a "suggestion" by Dreedy as to what we "should" do! What a change from our previous experience with realtors in Pennsylvania and elsewhere we have lived.
We returned to our home in Pennsylvania while the bidding process for this property was ongoing. Dreedy capably handled every detail for our out-of-state transaction, and we heard from her almost daily to update us on what was happening and what was needed. We believe this process could easily have become a negative experience had it not been for her expertise in navigating us through this transaction.
