Nancy and Dana are a dynamic Mother/Daughter Team – each with distinct qualifications. Nancy has 25 years of experience as a Realtor. Her career began in the 70’s selling homes in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles . From there she moved to the Main Line in Philadelphia where she affiliated with a top local firm- Roach Brothers in Gladwyne , PA. In the late 80’s she moved to the Weston/Westport area of CT where she had an eleven year successful sales career with Coldwell Banker receiving awards placing her in the top 9% of agents nationally. A true professional, her thrust is to provide unprecedented customer service. Her customers typically become customers for life. Personally, born and raised in Scranton , PA , she graduated from Penn State University . Nancy moved to Florida with her husband of 43 years to be closer to a son and daughter and their families as well as to join her daughter in her real estate business. She lives in Broken Sound and is an avid golfer. Dana, a graduate of Lehigh University , was born in New Jersey and raised in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles and Villanova , PA. After graduation, she joined the Disney organization – the start of an 8 year Marketing career in Manhattan which comprised of Wenner Media and JP Morgan Chase. At Wenner, she managed the Subscriptions department for Rolling Stone, Us Weekly and Men's Journal Magazines where she was responsible for direct mail campaigns to several million current and prospective customers . As an Assistant Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, she managed multiple lines of businesses within Chase Financial Services to both acquire and retain customers for the Mortgage Division. The real estate business has always been a passion of hers. After moving to Florida with her husband in 2005, and many years of assisting her mom in her business, she finally chose to make real estate her full time career. Her marketing experience combined with her energetic personality enabled her to achieve immediate success. As a no nonsense communicator, she is an astute negotiator, who closes difficult transactions for her customers with ease.
