Dan Landis has been a South Florida resident since 1980. He was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Potomac Maryland as a teenager. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1984 with a degree in journalism and went on to graduate from the University of Miami School of Law with honors in 1989. Dan has been a licensed Realtor since 1986 and has been active in real estate ever since. He has practiced real estate law for over 20 years with the law firm of Tedesco & Landis, P.A. and presently Landis & Mallinger, P.L. He is also a managing member of Boca Executive Title, LLC, our affiliated title company that handles both residential and commercial closings from start to finish. His extensive experience with almost every aspect of a real estate transaction from contract inception through closing of title offers unparalleled benefits to buyers and sellers. He has a unique ability to hone in on clients objectives and make the entire process simple, efficient and productive. Dan currently lives in Boca Raton with his wife of 25 years, Valerie.
