In this market I lost hope........BUT Caroline you never did and you SOLD my condo, you did it..you some how you made it all go away on 12/31/2009 and the relief at that moment when I signed over those documents to the new buyer was tremendous. I have to take a moment to share my superior experience with one of your realtors, Caroline Greenhouse.
I was in a situation on New Years Eve where I needed to "move fast" (no pun intended). After contacting your office and getting connected with the realtor who was assigned to my properties of interest, she fell off the face of the earth. I repeatedly phoned and emailed her stressing the urgency of my situation. Finally, I phoned your office and was immediately put in touch with Caroline.
Without hesitation, and with the most courteous and attentive attitude, she researched my properties of interest, contacted and coordinated with the other two realtors showings for that day - within 2 hours!
Yesterday, I signed a lease for one of those properties. In the last week, Caroline has answered every single (and there were many) call and email of mine immediately. She went out of her way (evenings, holiday, weekend) to meet me to obtain paperwork, monies, etc. Then when it came time to negotiations, she was my body guard (haha). Furthermore, when the leasing paperwork came in, she reviewed it with a fine tooth comb and insisted on adjustments and addendum for my protection.
I can't believe how much we've accomplished in one week's time, and I can't imagine too many people pulling it off the way Caroline did. I am so grateful to her, you have no idea. This is a crazy time in my life, and what could have been equally stressful was actually the smoothest transition I have recently gone through.

I would like to share with you my experience with Caroline Greenhouse. I had been looking for a place to live for over ten months when I first met with Caroline. I had been on countless outings with numerous realtors. As this was to be my first home my criteria was very specific. I had a small budget with a desire for a two bedroom two bathroom condo with a balcony that didn't look over a parking lot. Not to mention the unit needed to be pet friendly, in an under 55 community, and in a convenient location.
