"There comes a time in your life when you get to live life the way that you want. My name is Marci. I am married with two children. I'm from Pennsylvania where I earn a decent living as an attorney. I work hard and play hard. Along with my family, we have enjoyed many trips to Florida where we love to escape the winter and dark months which we residents of Somerset County, Pennsylvania experience. That is the more snowy, mountainous part of PA! Since at least 2009, I've been seeking a modest vacation home in Florida. Many hours have been spent (once the little ones go to bed) poring over internet websites looking for just the right vacation home.
I believe it was during late February or early March when I came into contact with Elesha Aflalo of Boca Executive Realty. I had attempted to make contact with a realtor who had worked with us in the past and who is affiliated with a competitor, but was unsuccessful. Ms. Aflalo was efficient and professional in returning my call and in responding to my needs. I had found a condo online in which I had some interest and which seemed to fit all of our criteria. However, being from PA and being a busy person, I needed assistance in contacting the seller's agent and in trying to figure out whether we should consummate a purchase. Elesha was my "eyes and ears", so to speak, and due to her efforts, the process was simplified. As a professional, I particularly appreciated her promptness in addressing everything from the negotiations to the final closing. Even though what we were seeking was just a modest condo, I got the sense that it didn't matter to Ms. Aflalo who treated us just as she would have were we seeking a "budget buster".
We now own a quaint little condo just a block from the beach in Pompano Beach, Florida. I check the weather there just about every day. My little ones will have their own room and all of my family, friends, colleagues and my whole "entourage" will hopefully get to enjoy some fun times at the beach for many years to come.
