Bobbie' s foundation in real estate began in the early 80' s in New York City where she was in charge of locating property, negotiating leases and construction space for advertising agencies. After relocating to Florida , the expanding market generated such volume that her husband joined her and the mult-million dollar team was built.
Bobbie's background as Executive Vice President & General Manager of a large advertising agency has given her unprecedented experience in negotiating and dealing with the demands of today' s real estate market.
Irwin, a former Electrical Engineer, has had extensive experience in the construction industry. His background gives him a thorough knowledge of new construction and renovations.

"I am writing to relate the experience I had selling my parents' home with Bobbie and Irwin Benson.
This was the first time I sold a home and it was especially difficult due to the circumstances surrounding the sale. I had recently lost my dad and then had the task of moving my mother to an assisted living facility due to health issues. On top of this, I had to sell the home my parents were so happy in - not an easy thing to do.
Fortunately for me, I came upon Mr. & Mrs. Benson. Honestly the reason I chose them was because their names so closely resembled my parents' names. I realize this is not the way to chose a Realtor, but I was very fortunate in finding the Bensons.
